T-Type Supracondylar Unreduced
Reduction with Periarticular Clamps
IM Guide Wire, IM Drill, Leave Drill in Place While Inserting
Cannulated Screw Guide Wire
Place Cannulated Screws with IM Drill Bit in Place
Remove Drill Bit and Insert Nail
Place 2 Distal Locking Screws
Place 2 Distal Locking Screws
Final Reduction of Articular Surface
Final Reduction of Shaft
Drill Proximal Locking Screw
Place Retrieval Suture on Proximal Locking Screw
Irrigate and Close in the Usual Fashion
Post Op AP X-ray
Post Op Lateral X-ray
