Are too busy to get to know their employees

Treat their staff like numbers

Don’t get back to you

Don’t tell you how you are doing….

Take credit for your work

Blame you for mistakes

Give unclear directions

unnecessarily complicated

More concerned

about the clock,

than your performance!

Make you do

work that isn’t needed…

Try to control people

Don’t want

employees to grow

Care too much about

people’ feelings

Care only

about results

Don’t work hard themselves

A fool is someone who

refuses to accept or look at feedback

Aren’t open to

Not interested in personal

growth
