Message from the Associate Vice President for Research &
Dean of Graduate Studies
Welcome to Research Day 2019 at Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU)!
Since 2002, Research Day has highlighted, celebrated, and recognized research-related scholarly and creative achievements accomplished by FGCU faculty, students, and staff. On Research Day, faculty, students, and staff showcase their research findings.
At FGCU, faculty members secure research funding in various fields, such as basic sciences, applied engineering and technology, education and training programs, instructional technology, healthcare and health professions, social sciences, business development and consultations, community services, pro-gram evaluations, broadcast services, etc.
The Research Day awards ceremony, which recognizes participants and award recipients, will begin at 2:00 p.m. in Cohen Center 247. I encourage everybody to take part in this ceremony. Please accept my sincere gratitude for your participation in FGCU Research Day 2019.
Go Eagles!
Kind regards,
