● To determine the Arlington Dems’ position on the redistricting reform constitutional amendment (if any), we will vote TONIGHT○ ArlDems provided one month’s public notice of the vote

and hosted three educational events on this issue● Steering Committee’s recommendation is as follows:

The mission of the Arlington Democrats Womxn’s Caucus is to unite the womxn of Arlington in support of the Democratic Committee, to

encourage full and equal participation of womxn in the Committee, and to raise awareness of womxn’s issues in the Commonwealth and the

Arlington Democratic Committee.

The objectives of the Womxn’s Caucus are:● Reach out to the community to identify womxn’s concerns and

issues of importance● Inform policy discussions of issues important to womxn from a

Democratic perspective● Increase awareness and civic engagement across the community● Mobilize the community to support Democratic womxn in local,

state and national elections
