ORDER

AND NOW, this 13th day of December, 2012, itis ORDERED that

the above-captioned matter is scheduled for a 4 day jury trial at 9:30

A.M., on the 28th day of JANUARY, 2014 in Courtroom "E" of the

Montgomery County Courthouse, Norristown, Pennsylvania. This is a

date certain.

Attorneys, the defendant, and witnesses are directed to appear for

trial and remain available from day to day until the conclusion of the

case, unless excused by the Court. Counsel is deemed attached for trial.

Counsel is directed to properly notify any witnesses and have them

available to testify when needed.

The District Attorney is directed to provide, forthwith, any

additional or outstanding discovery to the defense.

Counsel is to provide trial memoranda and case law on their

respective positions regarding any suppression issues, and any and all

motions, including Motions in Limine on or before the 14th day of

January,2014. Courtesy copies shall be delivered to chambers on or

before the due date.

Counsel are directed to submit proposed jury selection questions

and proposed jury instructions to chambers on or before the 17TH day of

January, 2014.

Counsel shall provide two exhibit binders, one for use by the Court

and one to be used by witnesses. Said binders shall be delivered to the

Courtroom on the morning of trial.

In the event this matter results in a non-triaLdisposition~aid non-

trial disposition will be scheduled by the Court.
