I, the undersigned complainant, being duly sworn, state the following is true and correctto the best ofmy knowledge and belief.

On or about April 11, 2016, in the District of Wyoming, and within Indian Country, theDefendant, WILLIAM ARTHUR CURRAN II, an Indian, did kidnap, seize, confine, and holdAC to prevent her from leaving her house.

In violation of 18U.S.C. §§ 1201(a)(2) and 1153.

I ftirther state that I am a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and thatthis complaint is based on the following facts;
