FROM THEEDITOR Welcome to the first issue of Unleashed! Why is a graphics company making a magazine? We get asked everyday: what is it that Fetch does? Every time, it takes either a 30 minute conversation, or an essay-length email in order to explain what we do. When all is said and done - we produce graphics - printed materials for your vehicles, walls, banners...actually, lets stop there before I get too far... Fetch’s main goal is to help Franchises grow. We’re here to help YOU. Why? Because when you grow, we grow. How do we help you grow then? To sum it up: in any way we can. And if we can’t do it, we’ll “fetch” the people, products, processes, etc. who can. From existing art you simply need printed, to concept and design, we’re here to help with whatever step in the branding process you’re at. Which brings me back to what it is we do and why we’re making this magazine. We got to thinking, in order to get across all this information, it’s going to take a while. It’s going to take that 30 minute conversation or that email that’s so long you don’t want to read it (we promise we’re trying to cut back). So with that said - how CAN we get across what we do in a long enough format that can tell it all? Born is the Fetch magazine: Unleashed. Unleashed is the vehicle (yay, puns!) to show you what we do, what our strategic partners do, and what you can do with your brand to help your business grow. INTERNATIONAL INSTALLATIONS Fetch Graphics partnered with
Tutor Doctor as a preferred
vendor for their vehicle branding
program in 2010. Located in
Canada, Tutor Doctor needed
a vendor who could help them
facilitate installations across
North America. Utilizing Fetch’s
installation solutions, we have not
only been able to provide installs
in Canada and the US, but have
also coordinated installations as
far away as Mexico and the
UK, bringing a truly international
solution to a growing brand.
CONSISTENT BRANDING Tutor Doctor franchisees
are able to choose from a list
of vehicles pre-approved by
corporate or obtain special
permission to utilize a vehicle
outside of the list. Fetch Graphics
is then tasked on modifying the
corporate creative to fit each
franchisees specific vehicle taking
into special consideration: make,
model, and trim level.
DYNAMIC DESIGN Franchisees are able to choose
from a library of available
photography to customize their
wrap for their location and
demographic. Each franchisee
can choose their selected image
while ordering through the online
portal supplied by Fetch. This
added customization allows
for unique wraps and branding
flexibility while maintaining
constancy and brand compliance
across the Tutor Doctor system.
Shown above is an example of a digital proof layout that each franchisee receives to ensure correct placement,
image selection, URL, and phone number. Through Fetch’s online proofing system (see page 14, 19 for more) each
franchisee is able to make comments, suggest revisions, and approve artwork.

frozen dessert chain with more than 200 locations from coast to coast. Orange Leaf’s pro-franchisee culture encourages owners to become a part of their communities and provides them with the necessary ingredients for success. Orange Leaf offers a multitude of delicious, traditional and original flavors, including no-sugar-added, gluten-free and lactose-free alternatives. Customized with a generous selection of do-it-yourself toppings, Orange Leaf provides an innocent indulgence, self-served in a stimulating atmosphere.
In 2010, Reese Travis, CEO, could see the frozen yogurt industry growing quickly, so he and a small group of family investors approached the owners and purchased Orange Leaf when it had only 15 stores, three of which he already
owned. In just one year’s time, he grew the company to become a successful international franchise with more than 100 stores - a number doubled in 2012 and set to triple in 2013.
Reese believes in promoting Orange Leaf as a means to serve the community: to help franchisees achieve their dreams of business ownership and financial security in a family-friendly environment. At the 2012 IFA Convention in
Orlando, Sproutloud officially
launched their newest module,
one that brought vehicle branding

the car wrapping process with a car
on the show floor being wrapped by
a certified installer, a first at the
IFA Convention.

INTEGRATED GRAPHICS PROGRAM Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt
was looking for a way to
develop a new graphic for their
undercounter spaces for all their
locations. A way to add additional
branding that would fit the great
atmosphere Orange Leaf has been
known for and coordinate with
the rest of the interior design of
the space. Enter Fetch. Self-
adhesive graphics are produced
on eco-friendly print equipment at
high resolution to give an almost
painted appearance. Each location
is unique in how the counter is
constructed so Fetch established
a graphic solution that would fit
any counter size or configuration
throughout the system. From 10
feet to 60 feet Fetch has wrapped
counters of all sizes to create a
consistent brand experience
in Orange Leaf locations from
coast to coast. With the success
of the undercounter branding
program, Orange Leaf wanted to
explore all of the elements that
Fetch could provide as part of a
comprehensive graphic program
for their franchise. Vehicles were
next on the list. Some franchisees
had procured custom trailers that
are used as concession trailers
serving their awesome product at
special events. To increase brand
and product awareness, graphics
were developed for these trailers
and wrapped in different parts
of the country using Fetch’s
certified installation network. Now
those trailers are not only seen
at their local events but also on
Google Images and many social
networks, spreading the word of
Orange Leaf wherever they are
seen! Currently, Fetch is working
alongside corporate and their ad
agency to develop creative options
for various applications including
store front window graphics, flag
banners, in store displays, wall art
and many other elements that will
add to the engaging environment.
SCALABILITY With the rapid growth and
success that the Orange Leaf
franchise system has experienced,
they needed a supplier who not
only understood the franchise
industry and its inner workings
but also could scale production
to meet the growing demands.
Fetch has the solutions in place to
provide graphics of any size and
at any quantity. As Orange Leaf
continues to grow its presence,
Fetch will be right there to assist
with the myriad of technologies we
have available. Fetch has put into
place certain internal processes
to handle increased demand from
Orange Leaf’s rapidly expanding

ENVIRONMENTAL AND VEHICLE GRAPHIC INSTALLS One of the most important aspects
of this program is installation
management. Construction sites
are under tight time frames and
subcontractor’s schedules are
constantly overlapping. With
important branding elements at
stake, installation must be done
completely and correctly. Orange
Leaf franchisees have utilized
Fetch’s installation services for
both under counter and vehicle
graphics. Ensuring quality and
consistency is paramount to

LEANING UPTHE DESIGNMolly Maid’s Director of
Marketing mentioned
on many conference calls that their
vehicles were one of the biggest, if
not THE biggest, marketing asset
they had. However, the graphics
package had not changed in
decades and it was time to look
at a revitalization. Where does a
brand start?
Having met at IFA in Orlando,
Molly Maid and Sproutloud began
discussions on how the brand
could benefit from Sproutloud’s
technology. When discussions
began revolving around vehicle
wraps, Sproutloud brought Fetch
into the mix.
Over many weeks the Fetch
Program Development team
worked hand in hand with Molly
Maid and Sproutloud, designing
a new exciting graphics program.
What once was a simple logo
package was now being developed
to showcase various coverage
options and an all new corporate
approved full wrap design. Utilizing
eye-tracking software, Fetch
developed a design that was sure
to garner results and increase the
ROI for franchisees.
The design was developed to have
3 tiers of coverage options, a logo
package (redesigned to increase
brand visibility), a partial wrap and
a full wrap. For the first time, Molly
Maid franchisees had a program that
they could choose design options
based on the vehicle use (sales
or service) and/or budget. With
some franchisees having dozens of
vehicles, fully wrapping all of them
is not budget conscious. However,
with a program like this a franchisee
can have a few showcase vehicles
with a wrap and still coordinate
the rest of the fleet with the other
lesser expensive tier options all

INVOLVING EVERYONE As most franchises have, Molly
Maid also has a National Marketing
Committee. Sproutloud, Fetch
and Molly Maid corporate all
collaborated with their NMC to
make sure that design elements
and functionality of a new
program were affective from their
franchisee’s perspective. With
some additional brainstorming
and a few minor changes, the final
design was released. A design that
now had the stamp of approval
from corporate as well as the peer
network.
DRIVING IN A NEW DIRECTION The new design got leaked and
was such a hit that franchisees
wanted to purchase graphics
before Sproutloud even had time
to launch the portal. Sproutloud’s
ability to adapt and respond quickly
allowed an offline purchasing process
while the finishing touches were placed
on the module. In the second half of
2012, the module went live and franchisees
have been ordering through Sproutloud’s
portal ever since. Franchisees are now
able to modify custom text and choose
wrap options online, something Molly Maid
never had before. The vehicle wrap
module is just one of many that Molly Maid
will be utilizing through the Sproutloud
system in the future.

and marketing team over a creative process. This is
why Fetch utilizes online proofing software that allows
the proof to be reviewed, marked-up and commented
on, approved, downloaded and shared all online, even
from an iPhone app. This allows an entire marketing
team to truly collaborate together while everyone can
comment and view comments from everyone involved
in the creative process. This keeps everyone on the
same page and on task, once again saving time
and money.
SCIENTIFICALLY PROVEN DESIGN
Eye tracking is not new, in fact it dates back to the
1800’s. It is the art of measuring eye movement and
fixation and was once archaic contraptions to measure
the subjects eye movements. Eye tracking has been used
in many arenas over the past hundred or so years, from
reading studies to helping the disabled communities to
studying how drivers perceive various situations and
many others. Now eye tracking advancements measure
how users interact with machines, help in science and
the medical worlds. So how does this help us and more
importantly help you, the brand owner?
From a marketing perspective you only have a few
seconds to capture the attention of your consumer
and make an impression. Using software, Fetch is able
to load in any visual design or image. Using algorithms,
the software than measures and shows the highest
probability of where the human eye will focus. This
helps us to identify the best layouts for optimum
impact and create and prove ROI for a given design.
This is useful for all marketing materials, vehicle
graphics, direct mail, websites, banners, storefronts and
even for analyzing a store layout by uploading photos
of the space to see how your consumers engage with a
certain area. If its visual, we can measure it! Better yet,
we offer this service
for FREE to our clients!
DESIGNTECH 2.OIn a world of apps and devices and technology abound there has to be a better way to communicate and collaborate on designs? The old ways of emailing designs back and forth and talking on the phone for hours just seems counterproductive now. At least faxes are almost completely obsolete, trying todecipher hand written notes with arrows pointing to design pieces on a black and white page was justnot affective.
Fetch loves technology! And why shouldn’t we, our clients love it too. We embrace it not just because it is the cool thing to do (it kinda is) but because there really is not enough time in the day. Why not usesolutions to help build better relationships with our clients and alleviate the stress of the design process all while saving time? After all, the saying goes, time is money right?
In the past year, Fetch has utilized technology such as screen sharing, the ability to share ones desktop with anyone via a simple web browser. Having this ability
we have been able to collaborate with either single members or several marketing team members at once, from different locations. Our designers are able to bring up the design in the native design program and literally
make changes to the design on the fly with everyone watching. No pressure, right! The reality is that a simply step as this can save hours during the design process. What would take 10-20 emails back and forth and a few days to complete from constant revisions, designs are now completed in a 20-60 minute web conference meeting
while the designer changes things dynamically.
Fetch designers generally provide the initial design for review and then schedule web conferences to go over changes to help decrease the time spent on design revisions so that we can increase the speed in which
we can serve both franchisor and franchisees alike. So
that initial design that we talked about above, where
