V-Cons, 13 years old Civil construction company is specialized in civil construction activities with a view to offer Industrial / Commercial / Residential buildings/ Purchase of Properties and related civil works in a cost effective and efficient manner.

To complement the design and development of office / residential complexes and interior work V-CONS also has a full fledged department which caters to interior designing and the transformation of those designs into reality through in-house Interior department. This department is manned by people whose minds are trained to look into the customer’s requirements and other parameters thoroughly and evolve the designs.

To give our customers full-fledged services in all aspects of Civil/Interior Work V-CONS also offers services in identifying properties for purchase or lease.

Our construction capabilities are as follows :

Identification and purchase of properties. Preparation of architectural designs and seeking approval from various

departments. Construction of infrastructure including water supply, sewage recycling and

coordination with electricity and telecom utilities. Construction for sale and lease of space which range from row houses to

condominium towers, office blocks, shopping malls, schools, hotels and Church.

We specialise in development of complete townships on large tracts of land which we develop from scratch. Our construction capabilities include earthworks, making of concrete , procurement of shuttering (form work and false work), electrical, plumbing, glazing, water proofing, flooring, tiling, painting etc. - all done in-house.
