Valve repair includes replacement of the rotor and isolation seal, needle guide, and stator face assembly (with some exceptions). The needle port and flow channels are cleaned, and shaft assembly is cleaned and re-lubricated. Refurbished valves are pressure-checked to 4000 psi.
