More than just a phone call

AGM & Special Meetings

The Head Injury Society has used the Parent to Parent video conferencing units in Hamilton and Invercargill.

“We are a community group with limited funding and are required to have all Head Injury Society working Committees and/or members together for our AGM and Special meetings. This is possible with the VC services provided by Parent to Parent.”

Ella Scheepers, Office Administrator

Presentations & Seminars

Learning & Networking

“The Werry Centre is delighted to have been able to work with Parent to Parent to ensure the widest possible national participation in learning opportunities.” “Twice in the last year, we have been able to extend our opportunities for learning and networking.  It is ever-more expensive and inconvenient for those working in the sector to travel for learning opportunities, and the ability to participate from a distance has greatly enhanced our ability to make seminars and meetings available to a wider audience.”Pauline Proud, Werry Centre Co-ordinator

Staff Meetings and training

Recruitment

“As the Family Support Manager at Heart Children I have used the video conferencing network for interviewing and team meetings. I would use it again as it costs us a quarter of the amount it would have to bring our team to Auckland.”

Shona Harvey, Family Support Manager
