People, there's a problem!

And it is simply that there is not enough clean water to

go around for everyone……..

•In Africa families average 1 gallon of water a day.

•While in Los Angeles

families average 130 gallons of water a day.

And poor people pay 20% 0f their income to water.

5/10 people die from water

related diseases in Africa.

And if they have water……..

Its dirty and filled with diseases.

The diseases in water can be……

• Cholera

• E Coli

• Parasite worms

• Amoebas

People are dying from this.

Half the hospital beds around the

world are filled with people that have a

water borne Illness.

And every 8 seconds someone dies from a water

borne illness.

And these are the people being affected.

• The average washing machine takes over 100 liters to run one load.

• A new a pair of sneakers uses 1,274 gallons of water.• Chairs take 11,000 gallons to produce.• A new car takes 39,000 gallons to produce.• A yacht takes millions of gallons to produce.

We are using too much water!

And it is only going to get worse.

many cities will simply dry up by 2030.

As water usage is increasing faster than population……

But you can make a change.

You can donate to the following charities.

•Global Water

•The Water Project

•Life Straw

You can also…•Install low flow faucets.

•Convert your toilets to low flow option.

•Check your plumbing for cracks and breaks.

•Cover your pools when you aren't using them.

•Use Energy Star appliances.

You can make a difference!

You can help these people.
