BornandraisedinWaterloo,BronwenClayfield-Jewettfellinlovewithsoccerfromanearlyage.ShebeganherplayingcareerinWMSC’srecreationalprogramfromU5-U10andtransitioningintothecompetitiveprogramfromU11-U21,whereherteamfinishedranked3rdintheprovince.In2004,Bronwencontinuedtoexploretheotheraspectsofthegamebybecomingarefereefortheclubandbegancoachingin2007.Continuingherpassionforathleticsandsportsinjurymanagement,BronwenattendedtheUniversityofWaterloowheresheacquiredaBsc.Kinesiology,minorPsychology.Whileattending,sheplayedasagoaltenderforWaterloo’sVarsityFieldHockeyteam,winning3OUAbronzeandcompetinginCIS.Upongraduation,shecompletedherlicensingandisaRegisteredKinesiologist.Bronwenhasworkedfor8yearsinWMSC’sgrassrootsprogramasbothacoachandaskillsinstructor.Shebringsherpassionforthegameandprovidesafunenvironmentforplayerstodevelop.RecentlyacquiringherC-License,Bronwenhashersightsoncontinuingtopursuecoachingdevelopment.BronwenisexcitedtobeworkingintheGrassrootsprogramasanAGHCandlooksforwardtoawonderfulseasonwithbothplayersandcoaches.
