Often the difference between members gaining results or not is their motivation and ability to stick with it. We will investigate the need to have fun, motivational and entertaining fitness staff, to make the member’s journey to improved results exciting and fun. We will introduce you to the Entertainer Trainer and some useful tools and ideas to increase “member contact retention”
