What colours are we aiming for?
DOCB Productions want to create an edgy feel to our web drama. We don’t want any happy, vibrant, bright colours in our trailer, or web series. We want to create an eery, thriller, action atmosphere throughout, and by the colours we’ve chosen, we feel as if we will create our perfect mood.
This is an ideal look for us. Its enclosed, gloomy, spooky, and that’s our perfect outcome…something like this.
As you can see from our pre-production shots, we all want to look smart, and powerful, by wearing dark grey, dark blue, and black suits and shirts.
Colours, and lighting are going to make or break our web drama. We need to create an eery, spooky, thriller web drama atmosphere, and we feel the best way to do this is by only including the colours in our colour scheme, or similar ones if not.
