24. You are responsible for ensuring thatwehave your correct SouthAfrican cellphone

numberandemailaddress.ITHUBAwillnotbeheldresponsibleifanSMSoremailissenttothewrongnumberoraddressthatyouhavesuppliedonyourwallet.

25. Thefundsloadedwillbecreditedtoyourvirtualwalletthereafter.NoNationalLottery

54. Fortheavoidanceofdoubt,therestofthecontentofthisWebsitewhichincludes,but

isnotlimitedto,thetext,graphics,icons,designs,colours,layoutaretheintellectualpropertyofITHUBAanditsassociates.AlltheintellectualpropertyrightsreferredtohereinaregovernedbytheSouthAfricanandinternationalintellectualpropertylaws.

55. InthecaseofanydisputesregardingtheseTermsandConditions,thedecisionof

ITHUBAwillbefinalandbinding,andnofurthercorrespondencewillbeenteredinto.

56. You agree not to circumvent, disable or otherwise interferewith security related

featuresof theWebsiteor features thatpreventor restrictuseor copyingof anycontentorenforcelimitationsontheuseofthewebsiteoritscontent.AllrightsarehereinreservedbyITHUBA.

59. YoumayterminatetheseTermsandConditionsatanytimebyceasingtousetheWebsite,

MobileAppor thecontentcontainedthereinanddestroyingallmaterials receivedordownloadedfromtheWebsiteandMobileApp.

60. ITHUBAreservestherighttodeleteaccounts(i.e.yourprofileandyourvirtualwallet)

thatareinactiveforacontinuousperiodof6(six)months(orsuchperiodasITHUBAmaydetermine)withimmediateeffect.

61. ITHUBAreservestherighttosuspendorcloseyourvirtualwalletatanytimeonnotice

andthebalanceofsuchvirtualwalletfundsshallberemittedtoyouunlessITHUBAisrequiredtodootherwisebylaw.ITHUBAreservestheright,atanytime,and/orfromtime to time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently,www.nationallottery.co.za(oranypartthereof)onnoticetoNationalLotteryplayersviaourWebsite-www.nationalottery.co.za.

62. NeitherITHUBA,theNLCnoranyoftheirRepresentativesshallbeheldliabletoyou

or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of theWebsiteandMobileApp.

63. Upon terminationof youronlineplay registration and/or the subsequent closeof

your account, you consent to our retention of the information we have alreadycollected from you for record-keeping purposes only and in accordance withapplicablelaw.

64. The termination of any contract created by these Terms and Conditions will be

withoutprejudicetoanyotherrightsorremediesthatyouorwemaybeentitledtoundertheagreementoratlaw,andwillnotaffectanyofouroryouraccruedrightsor liabilitiesnor thecoming intoorcontinuance in forceofanyprovisionof theseTermsandConditionswhichisexpresslyorbyimplicationintendedtocomeintoorcontinueinforceonoraftersuchtermination.

66. ThefollowingrepresentationsandwarrantiesarematerialtoITHUBAandhavebeen

relieduponbyITHUBAtoacceptyourregistrationandentryintotheNationalLotterygame/s:

• Youhavereadandfullyunderstand,andwillcontinuetounderstandandcomplywiththeT’s&C’sinwhichyoupurchasetheNationalLotterygamethroughtheWebsite;

• Youareatleast18yearsofage;• YouhavethenecessarylegalcapacitytopurchaseNationalLotterygameticketandeachpurchaseyoumake,whenaccepted,willbelegallybindingandenforceableagainstyou;and

• Youwillplayresponsiblyandnotexcessivelyaccordingtothesetlimitations.

YoumayopttoreceivecommunicationviaemailorSMS.Thecommunicationcostsforalltransactionsareclearlystatedclause28andtheseratesaresubjecttochangefromtimetotimeatthesolediscretionofITHUBA.Paymentforticketsmustbecompletedbeforethepurchasecutofftimeforthetickettobevalidandenteredfortheselecteddraw.YouareresponsibletoensurethattheNationalLotterygameticketpurchasesarecompletedontimeforadraw.

68. ItisyourresponsibilitytocheckandensurethatyourNationalLotterygametickethas

beenenteredintotheselecteddrawshouldyoufailtoreceiveaconfirmatorysmsormessage.Ifnovalidticketisreceivedthentheentryintothatdrawisnotvalid.

69. Allfeesincurredforthetransferofwinnings,includingbutnotlimitedtobankfeesfor

openinganewbankaccountoracashdepositfee,areforyouraccount.Likewisebankchargesappliedbyyourbankpertainingtoanypurchasemadeviayourvirtualwalletwillbeforyouraccount.

73. Saveasotherwiseprovided,noprovisionoftheseTermsandConditionsconstitutesa

stipulationforthebenefitofathirdperson,whichifacceptedbytheperson,wouldbindanypartyinfavourofthatperson.

74. Youmaynotcede,assignorotherwisetransferyourrightsandobligationsinterms
