We have teamed up with the multi award winning pie and mash company, Pieminister , to of f er you the ult imate in unique, fe st ival sty le wedding catering of the upmost quali ty . Pieminis ter are renowned pie makers , who share our e thical values by sourcing traceable , organic , f ree range meat along with de li c ious vegan and g luten free opt ions.
The four course wedding breakfas t, beg ins with handmade canapes whils t your gues ts are having the ir we lcome drinks. Each table wil l re ce ive a sharing s tar ter board, per fec t for se tt ing that re laxed, fr iendly atmosphere. This
wil l be fo l lowed by a Pieminis ter pie & mash main meal and then a se lec t ion of beaut iful , local ly handmade desserts . The main meal can be o ffered in table or buf fet serv ice . Children under 12 are charged at £15.50.

I f you are looking for a more informal , re laxed vibe for your wedding day, wi thout compromising on sty le , then the f eas ting table is the per fec t opt ion for you. Using our amazing local and Italian, free range suppl iers , we wil l create
a s tunning platter f i t for a King & Queen (or Bride & Groom!).
This package beg ins with handmade canapes whi lst gues ts are having the ir we lcome drinks. Followed by the feast ing table where guest s wil l be able to help themselves in a buffe t s ty le . The table wi l l be adorned with ample local we lsh cheeses , free range charcuter ie , ant ipast i , dips, local ly sourced art isan breads , crackers, seasonal fruit and nuts . We wil l dress the table in accordance with your colour s cheme, which wil l inc lude f lowers, g reenery, s ignage and plenty of herbs. This wil l be fo l lowed by a desser ts table where we wi ll arrange cake stands of beauti ful lo cally made desser ts .
Children under 12 are charged at £15.50.
EVENING JONES’ PIZZA CO. BUFFET £11.95 PER HEAD
We are an es tablished company special is ing in high quali ty Neapo li tan s ty le pizza. We’ve been perfe ct ing our pizzas fo r over s ix years and are passionate about the qual ity o f our product. We combine authent ic ingredients from around Naples such as Caputo f lour and San Marzano tomatoes and only use high we lfare, Welsh meat from Trealy Farm, Monmouthshire & Rhug Estate, Denbighshire. Most die tary requirements can also be met. Our v intage Rice horse
trailer ‘March Gwyn’ (White Stal l ion) has been beaut iful ly conver ted and houses a tradit ional wood fi red oven.
The evening buf fet includes a se le ct ion o f four pizzas, along with two de li c ious handmade sides . The pizzas wil l be served in a buffe t s ty le for around 1.5 hours. Any unused pizzas are boxed up for gues ts to take home with them. We provide al l wooden cut lery , disposable plates , condiments , table decorations and tables for s erving the buf fet on.
