MINI LESSON

•  Last week we learned about many different forms of poetry! •  Today we are going to review some non-fiction

elements we haven’t gone over in a while! •  We are going to focus on reviewing text features

from non-fiction.

•  While I work with a small group you are going to use your journal to answer these two questions 1. How do text features help us learn more about what we are reading? •  2. Write two things you learned from what we read.
