A ‘Bobcat’ School Day▪ 8:25am – 3:05pm▪ 4-minute passing time▪ 25-minute lunch

46-minute classes every day▪ Math, Science, & Social Studies

92-minutes every day▪ ILA (English & Reading)

Allied Arts Classes – Every Other Day – 46-Minutes▪ Music, Physical Education, Art, & Health▪ Day One or Day Two

PRIDE▪ 22-minutes (beginning of day)

• Space is limited – discourage wire organizers.

• Each student assigned their own locker.

• Our lockers are not “kick open”.

• Locker problems should be reported to the Main Office.

What if my child excels or needs supports academically?

Advanced levels of Math, Language Arts, and Science are available for students who qualify for these courses.

Support classes are available in Math and Reading for students who need to review or master foundational concepts.

Bobcat Den• After school support provided by content teachers.

• Monday through Thursday from 3:10 to 4:10p.

• Specific schedule provided in the fall.

• Program runs mid-October through mid-May.

• After school bussing provided on Tuesdays and

Thursdays (4:15p).

The goal of the OVMS electronic device policy is to create opportunities for digital citizenship and use of technology, while maintaining high standards for learning and minimizing distractions. OVMS will have three zones defining the use of electronic devices.
