Daily Reporting & Dismissal

All students are expected to attend the flag raising ceremony every

school day at 7.45 am. Students who are not at the assembly area at

7.45 am are considered late for school.

• All visitors to the school are required to register

at the Security Guard Post.

• All visitors are required to proceed to the

General Office for assistance.

• Please note that no visitor is allowed beyond the

school foyer, including the canteen.

Dismissal for P1 Students

• All P1 students who are fetched by parents/

guardians are dismissed at the school foyer.

• Parents/ Guardians are allowed into the school

via the main gate and the side gate 5 minutes

before dismissal time. Parents are to wait for their

children at the school foyer.

• No vehicles, except for the school buses, are

allowed into and out of the school compound

during dismissal time.

Early Dismissal

For students who need to leave the school before

dismissal time with valid reasons:

A parent or guardian must

Fill up the Early Dismissal Form in the general office

Submit form to the Security Guard Post before leaving

the school with the student

• All absence from school must be supported with a

medical certificate.

• For other reasons, a letter of excuse from a

parent/guardian is required.
