All About Me

• My background– I grew up in Villa Park, IL. Home of Portillos, Ovaltine,

and the Jewelry Exchange!– Willowbrook High School (Class of 1999) and was a

soccer, basketball, and baseball player.– I attended Trinity International University (Class of 2003)

for undergrad, and I also played basketball in college.– For graduate school, I attended Northeastern Illinois

University (Master’s Degree #1 in Math Education) and Concordia University (Master’s Degree #2 in School Administration).

– I’m 34 and have been married for 12 years

– I have a 6.5 year old daughter (Skylar) and a 3.5 year old daughter (Brooklyn).

• Student taught here at DHS in 2002 under Kip Gasper

• This is now my 13th year at DHS

• I teach AP Calculus, Precalculus Advanced, and Geometry this year.

• I’m also the Head Boys’ Basketball coach.
