New roads havebrought in settlers. Some of our people

Cattle ranchers burn the forest, ruin the soiland leave the mess for

us.

New roads cut through the forest and damage

our land.

The plants we use asmedicines are being

destroyed.

Mining waste and chemicals poison the

river.

HEP schemes putlarge areas of forest

under water.

The forest is cut down for mining.

There are fewer wild animals now trees are

being cut down.

Cattle ranchers forceus off the land.

We don’t wantdevelopment, we justwant to live as we are.
