What would the Olympics be without Greek food?

Julian Brunelle shows off his new glider...

and demonstrates how to fly it.

Taking the auspices.

Two eagles fly overhead on cue.

The judges venerate the gods.

Arm-wrestling is serious business.

Well, it does have its humorous moments.

The gentlemen get their turn.

A close match!

Battle of the sexes!

To the victor goes the crown.

Sad verses begin the dramatic recitation contest.

Then some epic verses.

And a scholarly paragraph.

Last but not least, some elegiac couplets.

It's a tough decision for the judges.

The winner delights in his paper hat.

Who deserves the prize for best costume?

The Spartan relay begins.

Take that!

And that!

The survivors!

Stade racers take their marks.

A champion displays perfect form in the Friscus toss...

and earns his "A-wreath-a-Franklin" prize.

Hoplites prepare for a Red Rover skirmish.

The classicists try their utmost…

but the ancient historians prevail for the second year in a row. Alas!
