2000 - 2002 – at TDM Technical Services, built and managed a new IT Recruiting Division for the Aerospace and Engineering Company, helped them start a new Division in Bristol, UK and won a number of Proposal bids with Federal and Provincial Government

BUSINESS BUILDING

2004 - 2005 – at 01 COMMUNIQUE, helped a young Software Company establish presence in the Remote Access Software Niche

MARKET POSITIONING

2005 – at SALESFUEL, Leads Generation company, created high level lead generation campaigns and developed Strategic Partnerships for GENESYS Conferencing and FusePoint, core clients of the company

CAMPAIGNS AND PARTNERSHIPS

2006 – helped SPHERION, a Staffing agency, build MERGIS GROUP - an IT division of the company, develop presence in the market and hire and train Recruitment team

2006 – at THE CAPRIS GROUP, built Strategic Alliances and positioned this Software Development company in a new Market Segment, as a Data Centre services provider

Helped CISCO Systems, a client of the company, fill a mission-critical role of a Field Training Manager that they had not been able to fill otherwise for at least 6 months

2007 - 2008 – at CDW CANADA, an IT Reseller, built new distribution channels for the company and delivered customized Business Solutions to Corporate Clients
