wMobile Phone Edition

No new updates for Phone Edition in this update. It’s been stable and reliable!

What’s new in wMobile Desktop Edition• Record Type improvement on New record creation• Improved Email entry• Can link email to Cases/Opportunities when filing email• Separate options to allow one-click login for

Phone/Desktop• Addition of setting for time picker minute interval in the

calendar• Carriage return key was not working to select a value• Remote GoldMine Service not stopping on updates and

upgrades.

Record Typing improvementsWe have improved the behavior on new records and cloned contacts. If the record type is changed the layout of the new contact screen will also change, if needed.

New Email EntryEmail entry similar to GoldMine

Linking emails to casesThe user can select File with Options and link an email to a case.

One-Click LoginThere are now separate options to allow this for Phone and Desktop in the Default System Settings.

Time picker setting for calendar

Carriage return/Enter key now works again for selecting a lookup list value

Remote GoldMine Service

The service wasn’t stopping fast enough on updates and upgrades, causing errors.

Message:Remote GoldMine Service Upgrade error (build: 1.729): An error occured while executing action [FileSystem_DeleteDirectory( [recursive: yes] ,[progressamount: 10] ,[path: C:\Program Files (x86)\W-Systems\Remote GoldMine Service\bin] ,[description: Unzipping...] )]Access to the path 'RemoteGoldMineHost.exe' is denied.

Preview of KnowledgeBase• The KnowledgeBase will be added by the end

of February.

KnowledgeBase• It will have the same options as in GoldMine to

add new Books, Folders, and Topics.
