The objective of this report are:

2. To assess the safety and health hazards based on the risk matrix rating and ascertained the most critical hazards.

3. To develop effective suggestions as control measures to manage and minimize the risk.

4. To propose appropriate recommendation to the management to ensure the effectiveness of the control measures.
