WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Anil Kumar Tyagi has a diversied industry experience of over four decades, which includes about 27 years in Project Management, encompassing engineering design, construction and materials procurement. He has been involved with Materials Management, Project Implementation Functions, Procurement & Contracts and Operations & Maintenance. He was in procurement team lead for 15 years catering to material requirements for operation & maintenance and over 30 projects.He surrendered his duty stars to Indian Government in February 2014 as an Executive Director-Materials and Contracts of Indian Oil Corporation. During his tenure of service with Indian Oil Corporation, Mr. Tyagi has successfully implemented:- a Procurement of services including nalizing and awarding contracts, monitoring and closing of contracts under
the Contract functiona Coordination for legal matters arising out of contracts including arbitration, court cases and out of

Ved Prakash Mahawar has 36 years of oil eld experience in most of the areas of E&P industry-Complete Management of a Hydrocarbon producing Asset, Major E&P project management, Extensive knowledge of On-land & Offshore Drilling operations including Deep-water & Subsea technology, Crisis Management Services - Expertise of Well control & BOP Systems (Surface & Sub-sea), Exposure of Substructures / Reservoir Management, Pipeline networks, Infrastructure Development, etc.
He was appointed by Govt. of India as Director (Onshore) of the biggest upstream Oil & Gas sector company Oil & Natural Gas Corp. Ltd. (ONGC) India. He was holding the charge of Director In charge Material management.
a He was responsible for ensuring good governance practice in procurement of goods & services worth 4
billion dollars per annum for its Onshore & offshore operations.
a He has wide experience of procurement of oil well equipment, materials, chemicals, spares and store items
needed in upstream industry
a · He was closely involved in formulation of Bid Evaluation Criteria and technical specication in initial stages.
a To boost “Make in India” campaign he has introduce development order concept in tender management and implementation of “Local Content” concept has greatly booted the inventory management efciency under his leadership.a He has signicantly contributed in fast tracking of procurement system in ONGC by developing best practices in the supply chain management and vendor management.
