Thornfield Hall.
Jane Eyre was an orphan. She lived with her aunt and her uncle. After her uncle’s death she was sent to Lowood School

Thornfield Hall was Mr Rochester.
• She was Mr Rochester’s daughter.
Jane Eyre became
Adèle Varens’ governess
• Jane met Mr Rochester in the woods when he fell from his horse.
• They were officially introduced to each other at Thornfield Hall
• Jane received a letter from her aunt who was dying
• She went to see her.
Before her death Jane’s aunt told her that she had an uncle
who was looking for her.
• She gave to Jane her uncle’s letter.
• Jane wrote to him
Mr Rochester loved to talk with Jane Eyre. Soon they’ve fell in
love.
He proposed her and she accepted .They have started to
prepare for the wedding
The wedding was stopped by the lower of Jane’s
uncle.He told her that
Mr Rochester was married and his wife was alive.
She lived with him at Thornfield Hall.
Jane ran away.
• It was St John Rivers who helped her.• Jane lived with him and his sisters:
Diana and Mary.
• Jane worked as a teacher
• She found out that St John Rivers and his
sisters were her cousins She gave them five
thousand pounds each
Jane went back to Thornfield Hall .
• The house was destroyed in a fire.
• Mr Rochester’s wife died
• He got hurt too.
• After she had found him they’ve always been
together
Jane was looking for
Edward Rochester.
• They had a child and they lived happily ever after
