Why is Year 9 important?
• GCSE options.• Embed skills and mindset that will ensure
success at GCSE.• Some GCSE courses begin in Year 9.• Changes to GCSE.
Attendance
• There is no doubt that success at GCSE is linked to good attendance.
90% attendance = 1 day off a fortnight.95% danger level.
