Organizational Profile

• Mission:• Sfera with its work through education contributes in

increasing the awareness of all age groups about the importance of fire protection and benefits arising from it.

• Vision:• Developing Volunteer Fire Brigade in Bitola, Scandinavian

principle of volunteer fire brigades in action of the Municipality Bitola and understanding among youth of voluntarism.

Organizational Profile

• Aims:• Creation of a youth volunteer fire brigade Bitola• Creating a Training Centre for young firefighters in Bitola• Sfera’s networking with other international organizations• Increasing awareness of the importance of youth volunteering• Improving the leadership skills of volunteers through

seminars, training

 

• Target Group:• Youth aged 15 to 30 years.
