connect on A NEWSLETTER FOR ALUMNAE OF CONVERSE COLLEGE WINTER 2018
LAUNCHING NEWALUMNAE NEWSLETTERGreetings from Converse College! In searching for new ways to connect with our alumnae, the Division of Institutional Advancement has launched this newsletter.
We are thrilled about sharing this new publication capturing the exciting news and events in the lives of our alumnae. With so much to celebrate on campus – a newly inaugurated President, our new Fleming Hall junior suites, a new Reunion format – it was quite easy to fill the pages! Our hope is this newsletter will serve as a special and unique publication to reconnect you with your classmates in a meaningful way. It is because of your efforts in communicating with each other that our Converse alumnae network remains strong and united!
JESSICA EGGIMANN ’00DIRECTOR OF ALUMNAE RELATIONS AND ADVISORY BOARDS
CONVERSE “ROCKS THE TOWER”!On November 9, Converse and friends around the world participated in our second annual day of giving. Driven largely by social media efforts, this 24-hour movement raises awareness and support for the Converse Annual Fund. The Converse community enthusiastically championed the cause, rallying one another online in a fun-spirited and sometimes competitive manner in support of Converse College.
Rock the Tower 2017 exceeded its goal of 500 donors, with a jump in participation by more than 200 individuals, and surpassed last year’s fundraising total, raising $88,674!
Thank you for supporting the Converse Annual Fund on this exciting day and throughout the year. Your generosity positively influences student success through collaborative Student/Faculty initiatives, experiential learning opportunities and much more. Thank you for your energetic support of your alma mater.
