Open a sent email, one on which your auto-signature already appears (that was previously sent from your desktop)

• Double tap on the screen above the auto-signature, activating the pop up menu and 2 dark blue bars.

• Navigate the blue bars around the screen until you have highlighted the entire signature and then select "Copy".

• The Signature is now copied to your clipboard.

Go to the home screen on your iPhone and find the settings button (grey metal icon depicting gears).

Scroll down in the Setting menu until you reach the Signature field, then select the arrow to the right to open your Signatures menu.

• Here you will want to select all accounts (if you want the signature to display across all messages) or, if you have multiple email accounts on your phone, select the appropriate account.

• Go to the large white field assigned to that email account.

• Delete any current contents.

• Then double tap that field and select "Paste" to paste you signature in to the field.

That’s it!Go ahead and test it out. Your

new signature will appear at the bottom of your email.
