The Registration Screens can be setup with specific costs for different member types and non-members. Each event can offer multiple sessions. CALL FOR PAPERS AND REVIEWER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM 9. AMPPAC Inc Page 9 of 37 The Call for Papers system offers an exclusive Web site for Presenters to login and register. Each Presenter can select from a list of upcoming events and continue to answer the required questions before submitting the information about their presentation. The Presentations have to be submitted in the format that is required for the events. After approval, the special format will allow the presentations to populate the Event sessions directly. After the Presentations are submitted, the assigned Reviewers or Administrators can use another Web site to access the Presentations and evaluate them. The system allows for grading and collection of comments on each submission. The Reviewer can then Approve or Disapprove the Submissions. The Key Features are: Multiple Events Can Be Supported. AMPPAC Inc Page 11 of 37 APPLICATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM The AMPAC10 new Application Management System allows the setup of a series of Questions concerning upcoming Special Events, new Membership, Committee Participations or any other activity that requires review and preapproval. The Application Management is setup from an exclusive Web site, which could be available through your main site or accessible by invitation only. The Applications are saved to a specific file. The Reviewers or Administrators can then access the site to evaluate each application. The information is protected and will only be available to the assigned Reviewer. The Reviewer can then add Comments, Approve or Disapprove of the Application. Applications are Collected for Specific Events, Membership, Committees or Other Projects that Require Pre-approval Link to Central Database for inserting the Applicant information into the Profile Section of each application. The tables for possible answers are linked to the application forms The Questions are Consistent for all Applicants. There are Pull-down Menus Available for Possible Answers The Applications are Saved to a Specific File for Reviewers Access A separate Reviewer Web module is used for storing the Applications and giving access to the Reviewers The Reviewer module tracks the status and offers approved and unapproved features 12. This Registration module will allow for Registration fee to be collected from the Suppliers online. The Second Registration site offers a registration form that is designed for Members or Buyers who are interested to meet with the Suppliers. In this form the AMPAC System will allow for certain questions to be asked from the Member or Buyers who are registering. This profile information will be collected for the purpose of matching the Suppliers with the Members. The Second Module of the Appointment System is an online Scheduler that will allow the Suppliers to Login and based on the profile of attending Members, setup and agree to an Appointment.
