Develop and execute Department of Education strategic plan initiatives

performance goals of the federal Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical
Education Act of 2006.
Develop and administer budget for State and Federal Initiatives unit of
Division of Career and Adult Education.
Lead the Department of Education’s participation in the state's conversion
to a new vendor for its online career and education planning system.
Conduct legislative bill analyses.
