An ICT society, in which education can take new forms: Internet, presence and distance, time and space, mobile learning, etc.
Three main domains of competence for the Cyber-Facilitator:
- Mastering disciplins, content, complex knowledge, technology- Mastering the social and human dimension of Education; work with human beings, as individuals or collectively- Work with and in society, as an actor of the society.
