Expectations are also being developed for our school liaisons and for IUAA staff to coincide with Work Plans (for FY 2013-2014) and so that we are serving all schools equally and sufficiently.
ARO’s assigned to I Community Markets will engage with School staff on market area event collaboration and participation

Affiliate Alumni CommunitiesJennifer Gentry: Will develop and work with current Affiliate group leadership to develop a multi-year strategy for IUAA Affiliate groups.
For example:- Coding and Data acquisition- Opportunities with Senior Year Experience
Programming- IUF/Advancement support- Development of best practices, expectations
for affiliateleadership and logical/effective governance
structures(boards, committees, chairpersons, etc)
- Funding structure from IUAA

International Alumni CommunitiesEric De Haan: Will continue to work with:
• President’s Office• Office of the Vice President for International Affairs• Office of International Services and Admissions• IU Foundation• Constituent Advancement Partners• IUB, IUPUI and all campuses• Office of Overseas Studies
Eric will continue to serve as the lead for major university International initiatives and serve of international alumni chapter and ambassadors on a daily basis.

Diversity and Multicultural Communities
Clarence Boone: Will continue to work with:
• DEMA• Office of Enrollment Management • Diversity offices in various constituencies• IU Foundation• IUPUI and regional campus• Culture Centers• And, the following Affiliate Groups: Neal- Marshall, Latino Alumni,
Asian Alumni, Groups Alumni, and African Arts Institute
Clarence is working to build an overall seasonal calendar for all the above university partners, affiliates (to include GLBTAA) and an overall annual strategy for Diversity and Multicultural initiatives.
