The main concern of the present study was to evaluate E-learning implementation at Suez Canal University as a case of an Egyptian University that adopt and implement E-learning. The study reported on the current situation of E-learning in HE in Egypt, the achievements that have been accomplished and the challenges or barriers which hinder E-learning from the perspectives of university students, teachers and members of E-courses production team at Suez Canal University. This evaluation study integrated quantitative and qualitative methodologies through case study approach. Data were collected through two different questionnaires to university teachers and undergraduate students to survey evaluation of E-learning at Suez Canal University. In-depth interviews were conducted with member of the E-courses production team at E-learning Center of Suez Canal University. Furthermore, the study highlighted the key success factors to overcome the barriers, and to improve E-learning practices. The study proposed some suggestions and recommendations from the field in order to help decision makers to foster university students' and teachers' adoption of E-learning and its practices in the Egyptian universities and E-learning centers.
