An Imploring Letter From A Bank of America Crime VictimDear Reader, If you are reading this, you are probably curious as to why I call myself a crime victim of Bank of America or you are probably a crime victim yourself and would like to relate to my tempestuous experience with a criminal bank cartel such as Bank of America. To start, I have too much going on, health-wise. I have been battling on-going health issues for a few years caused by # BankofAmerica's abuse which includes all over body pain, stifness, dizziness, numbness, loss of balance, concentration issues, depression, stress, suicidal thoughts, high blood pressure, and occasionally bouts with vertigo. I have two autistic children in the spectrum to care for while experiencing this condition and its symptoms. I was also diagnosed with PTSD from sustaining constant abuse by Bank of America and I have had a service dog to help me cope. I have many fare-ups a year (several times a month) which has disabled me from working or obtaining employment and thereby losing a much needed salary in the process (who can be a reliable employee sufering from this condition?) and therefore, I try to be on Facebook and Twitter as much as I physically can to unmask these criminals who have caused others and myself so much emotional, fnancial and physical harm. Yes, I can say with certainty that my medical condition was caused by Bank of America and likely with the assistance of their cronies' (# UrbanLendingSolutions and Carlisle & GallagherConsulting Group, among others) abuse (I had a mini-stroke on the phone with BofA after wrongfully being threatened and abused with foreclosure for over 30 minutes) and I have records and testimony to prove it. My then 9 year old autistic daughter had witnessed the whole thing. It has been traumatizing for her as well and she has seen by a psychologist and psychiatrist to help her cope with all of this. I have spent countless money on medical and psychological expenses that I did not have before and I am minus a salary to boot since2011. Yes, we have spent lots of money that we cannot aford on medical doctors, hospital visits and psychologists for many years because of all of this. I cannot aford proper treatment. In addition, we had already spent all of our life savings on the home that Bank of America has been trying to steal from us since 2010. Now, I have to deal with a glorifed debt-collector disguised as a mortgage company called Carrington Mortgage Services (CMS). This is just another fraudulent company doing dirty work allegedly for Ginnie Mae and likely Bank of America. My husband and I have been the victims of Bank of Americas racketeering practices which in some cases included the assistance of their minions Urban Lending Solutions and Carlisle & Gallagher Consulting Group, Inc. and possibly other third party criminals. In realty, we did not know the exact racketeering scheme and the involvement of these other parties until we were contacted by Bloomberg to investigate our experience with Bank of Americas Ofce of the CEO and President in late 2013. This lawsuit does not even includethe exuberant amount of forgery and fraud regarding our alleged actual mortgage paperwork and origination. Nonetheless, my husband and I have had to deal with a corrupt federal court system which turns a blind eye to these crimes against homeowners as myself and always favors these criminal banks. We have had to endure judicial corruption and numerous violations by Bank of America and their attorneys which included concealment of parties and evidence in the prior case fled in December 2010 and misconduct, obstruction, discovery abuse and violations in our current case. Even though I called-out these fraudulent practices that even occurred during actual litigation, the U.S. District Court of the Middle District of Florida, Orlando Division has once again rewarded the criminals and their blatant fraudulent practices by dismissing our case with prejudice last year. Our case is currently in appeals in the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals which is very bankster-friendly. We have also created a new website (somewhat fnished) because Bank of America and Vistaprint co-conspired to remove the old one we had up for over three years. Yes, we are constantly targeted by these criminals. The amount of unnecessary persecution and abuse that we have had to endure by Bank of America and all of their minions for the past few years, which even includes a corrupt federal court system, is beyond comprehension. I do not wish it upon anyone. Crimes were committed against us and we were targeted, we did nothing wrong. We were fraudulent abused, deceived and mislead by Bank of America for many years. They embezzled our payments and escrow money (among other things) and caused a chain of events to further perpetuate their scheme against us. No matter how much I asked them with letters, emails and phone calls to stop the abuse and criminal behavior against us because of my health and my children, it continued with no abatement. They wanted to reach their fraudulent objective and they did not care who they would have to destroy in the process. I truly wish I could turn back time but sadly, I cant. I wish I would have known what they were doing fromthe start in order to avoid all of the heartache, but I didnt know. How could we? Therefore my friends, I implore you to please take care of your health, do not be deceived and do not allow these criminal banks such as Bank of America destroy your life as they did to my family, myself and to other homeowners.
