INFRASTRUCTURE:

Our production machining capabilities include

milling, drilling, tapping, flattening, turning,

slotting, bending, notching and more. With full

CNC machining capabilities for close-tolerances.

Our facilities include the finest machineries for

rolling and thread chasing for fastener

manufacturing. Thread rolling machines which

allows the production of all kinds of threads in

metric and in inches. Others machineries and

equipment like metal cutting band saw, pressing,

welding, Galvanizing, PTFE (Xylan, Xylar) coating,

heat treatment furnaces, ovens , shot blasting

machines are available.

Petrofast ME is equipped with all calibrated

instruments, gauges, hardness testers, for

measuring hardness, coating thickness and

physical dimensions. Forklifts, cranes are

available for handling all pallets, boxes and

unloading and loading containers.


QUALITY CONTROL:

We have achieved the high quality through the professional competence of the personnel, high working motivation and a service minded attitude. Every employee of Petrofast ME is responsible for the quality of his work.

All Petrofast ME products are tested and accepted in accordance to international standards or our own more stringent internal test procedures, which is developed considering the harsh field conditions. In addition to this we also offer specific testing to our client's requirement as per projects requirements.

All fasteners are verified for their chemical compositions, mechanical properties, dimensions and coating thickness as per the standards.All instruments are calibrated as per internal ISO procedures.NDT testing like dye penetrant (DP) test are carried out for fabricated items.PMI testing requirements are carried out on exotic materials like duplex steel, nickel alloys and as per client requirements. Stringent in-process inspection and final inspection ensures 100% defect free quality products. Petrofast ME is certified organization to ISO 9001:2008 by German Cert.


STUD BOLTS / ENGINEERING STUDS / FULL THREADED BARS:

Our offer include complete range of stud bolts/ full threaded rods conforming to ASTM A193 Gr. B7 / B7M, B16, A320 Gr. L7 / L7M, L43. Stainless steel AISI 304 / 304l/ 316 / 316l, B8 / B8M class 1 & 2, B8T etc. Duplex and super duplex grade are available.ASTM A453 Gr 660 cl A, B, and D and other special grades available on request.Studs are available in various coatings like zinc plating, HDG & Xylan 1070 (PTFE)/ Xylar 1424 coating in different colours.

STRUCTURAL HEX BOLTS AND HEAVY HEX BOLTS:

We stock 6 mm to 64 mm diameter in various length normal and heavy hex bolts.We also have in above in imperial sizes also.Dimensions as per DIN, ASME / ANSI B18.2.1 / ASME B18.2.3.3M for B7 bolts.For A325M as per ASME B18.2.3.7M and A490M as per B18.2.6 or as per your specification.Material and physical properties per ASTM - A325, A490, A307, A354 , A449, A193 Gr.B7/B7M, EN ISO 14399 , BS4190 cl.4.6/ 8.8/ DIN931-933 / BS3692 cl.8.8, 10.9,12.9 / stainless steel AISI 304/316/ B8/B8M/B8T.Fasteners in other material grades and finishes available with us. U BOLTS AND PIPE CLAMPS:

All types of “U” bolts as per standard or special sizes are available.U bolts can be made in various grades and dimensions.U bolts in plain finish, zinc coating, PTFE coating & neoprene coating are manufactured and supplied

Pipe clamps are fabricated as per your requirements and supplied.

HEX NUTS:

Sizes ranging from m3 to m100; 1/4” to 4”.

Dimensions as per ASME / ANSI B18.2.2/ ASME

B18.2.4.6M for nuts.

Finish: black, zinc plated, HDG, PTFE coated, ENP

coated.

Properties confirming to ASTM A194 Gr.2H, 2HM,

7, 7M, B16, A563M -10S

CARRIAGE BOLTS, HEX CAP SCREWS:

As per requirements the Carriage Bolts as per DIN 603 are available.Allen head cap screw as per DIN 912 in various grades and sizes available.

LIFTING PRODUCTS

Fabricated Eye Bolts are manufactured and supplied as per your requirements.Forged Turnbuckle:Turnbuckles are drop forged from special bar quality steel, threaded right and left hand Class 2B and supplied either plain finish to hot-dip galvanized. Galvanizing meets or exceeds requirements of ASTM Specification A 153. Galvanized items are tapped oversize for assembly with galvanized threaded rods.Stubs are made from Hot Rolled Mild Carbon Steel. Typically RH/LH (Right Hand/Left Hand) threaded items are selected when used in a rigid hanger assembly, purely for ease of adjustment.Forged Clevis and Pin: Clevises are manufactured to meet the dimensional and load ratings in accordance to the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) Manual of Steel Construction. Carbon and alloy steel clevises are forged per ASTM A668, Stainless steel clevises are forged per ASTM A473Threaded Drop Rod ( LH/ RH ), Spade End and rod, Forged weld less Eye Nuts are Available.

WASHERS:

Washers like - plain round washers, Big & small OD washers, Spring Lock Washers, Spring washers heavy duty, Serrated Tooth Washer, Star Washer, Tab Washer with one & two Tab are available. Belleville, Spherical Washers Type C & Conical Seats Type (D, G) are availableDTI ( Direct Tension Indicators ) are available Ex – Stock in various Grades and Sizes.


ANCHOR BOLTS / FOUNDATION BOLTS:

Petrofast ME specializes in custom manufactured anchor bolts as per the client’s drawings as well as meeting the international standards as well. Straight type, L type, J type, T type, plate welded, plate & sleeve welded can be manufactured.M 6 to M 200 (and imperial equivalents) up to length 4 meters.Material grades: ASTM A 36, A307, BS 4360, ASTM F 1554 , ASTM A193 B7, BS 4190 GR. 4.6,8.8, 10.9, 12.9 and etc.

FABRICATION:

Fabrication and supply of non-standard flanges as per the drawing, pipe clamps, ladders and platforms are fabricated. Also we can provide on-site fabrication services.We have experienced team to assist in meeting your special fabrication requirements.

SURFACE COATING:

Following surface coatings can be done depending on your requirements.Xylan1070 / Xylar 1424 PTFE coating in various colours (Whitford)

The fasteners and other piping products can be supplied in special alloys like:17-4 ph, 904L, A-286, B8T (321), 310, 347, 410, nickel alloy, copper alloy, aluminum, brass, bronze, carpenter 20®, duplex stainless, super duplex, hastelloy®, inconel, monel®, nylon, titanium and many more.



BARS & RODS:

Available in different grades, these find extensive application in shipbuilding industry, chemical and fertilizer industry, petrochemical industry, refineries and steel plant and other manufacturing applications. Round Bars:The quality Stainless Steel Round Bars, stocked by us are offered in various diameters and dimensions. These bars feature excellent finish, sturdy construction and high tolerance level. Our round bars are manufactured using high grade raw material in specifications that corresponds to the International standards.Ex stock deliveries are offered for round bars in grade S275JR, A193 B7, 8.8 Grade, SS304L, SS316 and SS316L and in various diameters. GASKETS

The spiral wound gasket, available in various configurations of high quality metals and materials, is tailored individually to meet the demands of each application. Spiral Wound Gaskets are suitable for a wide range of operating conditions and can be adapted to suit almost all applications. The gaskets can seal fluid pressures up to 250 bar and temperature range of -200°C to in excess of 450°C.Metallic Ring Joint Gaskets are suitable for high pressure and high temperature applications. The Joint Gaskets are available in R, RX, BX styles and in oval/octagonal profiles. The Ring Joint Gaskets fully comply with the ASME B16.20 standard.

FLANGES :

Petrofast ME supplies of pipe fittings and flanges also. We provide a wide range of superior piping materials like Carbon steel, Stainless Steel, Alloy 625, Duplex, Super Duplex, Nickel Alloys, and much more.For low-pressure piping we offer threaded Stainless Steel Flanges that attach without welding. For higher pressure pipes we stock slip-on flanges (welded inside and out), weld-neck flanges (attached with butt welding) and socket weld flanges (tight fitting and welded).We also supply blind flanges for pipe inspection, lap-joint flanges for easy dismantling, spectacle flanges for limiting the pipe flow and orifice flanges for easy access.
