Communal harmony and National Integration are the

need of the hour in the recent scenario. Basically it

emerges only from the educational Institution. The

younger generation is acting as a vital role in elevating

the nation at its height. As Dr. A.P.J.Abdulkalam insists,

the destiny of the nation is determined only by the

younger generation. At this juncture, I would like to

appeal all the youngsters of our institution to take oath to

spring out the generation in a refined manner in all

dimensions. First of all the student community should

transform their minds into a newer vision. They should

harmonize among themselves in opposition to caste,

Language, Economical status and all the anti-social

factors. Next I would like to emphasize that the future

India should be made Caste free, Violence free and fear

free. This is possible only by the younger generation. All

the impossibilities are possibilities in the hands of the

youth. I appeal my students to have the mental purity

with regard to the gender difference. Since in the recent

trend, the gender difference is not at all a constraint.

And once it is exposed with difference of opinions that

would be treated as an offence. Hence the very thought

itself should be eradicated from the mind of the human.

In the creation of God all are equal. In India all the

resources are available. Especially the human resource

plays a vital role. Compared to all other nations, India

has a remarkable human resource which is identical will

all scientists, Doctors, Engineers who are working in all

the parts of the globe. So, I once again appeal to the

student community to be limited, to be harmonized, to be

enlightened, to be determined, to be committed and to be

elevated. The possibilities are creations which make the

nation a super power .With these few words I conclude

my speech on this ceremonial day.

Jai Hind!

Impact of E-waste

INTRODUCTION:

"E-waste" is a popular, informal name for electronic products nearing the end of their "useful

life."E-wastes are considered dangerous, as certain components of some electronic products

contain materials that are hazardous, depending on their condition and density. The hazardous

content of these materials pose a threat to human health and environment. Industrial revolution

followed by the advances in information technology during the last century has radically

changed people's lifestyle. The technical prowess acquired during the last century has posed a

new challenge in the management of wastes. Thus proper management is necessary while

Life time

Suppose the average human life in today's world is not more than 60 years. If you analyze the break-up of activities associated with these 60 years of your life, you can see that it more or less matches with the following:

12 Years in Working 22 Years in Sleeping 04 Years in Routine Traveling 05 Years in Eating 03 Years in Bathing, Dressing etc... 06 Years in Useless Chatting, Gossip 04 Years in Sickness & Illness

Balance? Only 4 Years Our only question to one and all is, why mankind should think, involve in activities that result in sufferings, terror, hatred, fighting, killings etc... in the short span of 4 years left to them. It needs to be utilized in a better way by doing all good things, helping others and thanking God for the opportunity given to us in being a human being... Live and Let Live.
