Identication, WMSU Student Manual 2. Guards allow the students to pass even they violated the dress code

stipulated in the student manual during ‘wash-day’. !See subject " on Minor

Ofenses, WMSU Student Manual . !here are enough personnel present in their respective designated areas.". #hecking o$ %ags is not e&ectively done %y the guards.'. Guards are strict as to the dress code )*+ to ,lementary and igh chool

students entering Gate .

/. !here is an average o$ twenty-0ve (2' students per minute who enters theuniversity premises and $our (" out o$ twenty-0ve (2' students who violate

the dress code are $emales.

1. Guards proect smile and courtesy to $aculty3 sta& and personnel3 %ut not to

the students.2. !here was no %ody $risking whatsoever conducted %y %oth guards3 leading to

threats to security to students and $aculty within the school premises. 4e

may never know that the person is armed with a handgun or a wiss 5rmy6ni$e to cause violence to students and $aculty.

. )o strict ruling is implemented to those male students who are alleged

mem%ers o$ any $raternity or so-called ‘tam%ay’ looking3 %ut $or those

students who are decent-looking3 as i$ they are capa%le o$ $ollowing school

rules3 the said rules are implemented. !#ausing threats to subjects I and $ o%

a$ter inspection even though it is mandated that the chool ID shall %e worn

guard ust place in his ‘stick’3 as i$ the guard is conducting a thorough %ag
