Why did Anadarko need White Cliffs Pipeline and OPF?APC had 200-400 wells shut in daily due to high oil tanks. ~ 2005 to 2007

Dispatching mis-management by the local refinery.

10-15 MM daily gas, 2,000-3,000 BOPD delayed

Truck loads delayed taken to market reject tickets ($300 to $800 each treatment)

Hot Oil treatments (~$1MM in winter 2008)

A new oil take-away market was needed APC and Noble teamed together

SemCrude won the bid and White Cliffs Pipeline was born. January 2007


Oil Polishing Facility (OPF) – Executive Summary

Supports Truck loading diverted crude oilFrom trucks to interstate pipeline – White Cliffs 12” to Cushing, Oklahoma

Pipeline specification BS&W <1.0% of which <0.3% Water

~ 10-30% of all loads fail to meet the pipeline specification.

Site Construction began July 2008, In service April 2009

Central Oil Stabilization Facility (COSF) – Executive Summary

Anadarko GWA is implementing “Tankless” or “Pressurized Storage” design at the tank battery.

The new design reduces: Footprint, emissions, construction costs, OPEX

The new design adds: Social License to Operate

COSF will separate the flash gas and NGL from the oil. Products are:Gas Low Pressure (LP) gas gathering pipeline,

NGL NGL gathering pipeline feeds the Ft. Lupton NGL stabilizer complex.

Crude OIl Crude oil will be pumped and metered into the existing oil sales pipeline system► Rose Rock/White Cliffs to Cushing, Oklahoma

► Plains Tampa Rail site, to various refineries

► New Magellan Saddlehorn 20” Pipeline to Cushing, Oklahoma

OPF has treated 155,288 bbls year to date

One month records for Oil moved to Market March 2014 = 2,007,307 bbls March 2015 = 3,215,013 bbls

One day record for oil moved to market 4/1/2015 = 113,904 bbls

One day oil production record 3/17/2015 = 105,201 bbls

Currently Averaging ~103,500 bbls/day to market

GWA KMG 16-24i SWD Executive Summary

KMG 16-24i SWD is GWA’s 2nd Salt Water Disposal. Capable of injecting 17,000 bowpd, however, permitted for only 10,000 bowpd injection.

Added pipeline from Hudson CWSF, 4,000-6,000 bowpd Eliminate ~746 water truck trips per month => saves $223M-$335M per month to GWA gas plant OPEX

Added water recycling offloading rack

Added LACT unit to pump oil into the APC GWA oil gathering pipeline Eliminate ~46 oil truck trips/month
