Compliance: The Franchisees & Remisier shall have to get into the necessary Agreements and Appropriate Declarations which shall be prescribed by a Member Broker and the Regulatory, from time to time and whenever asked for the same. (Like; Agreement between Member And a Client, SEBI Registration, Franchisee Agreement, Remisier Agreement, Authorised Person Format, etc)

NCFM, BCFM, BCCF & MCCP Qualification shall be mandatory for the Terminal Operation in Commodities, NSE, BSE, NSE Derivatives Segment and Currency Derivative Segment. For BSE & NSE operations Sub-Brokers’ Registration is must.

All the Fixed cost to be born by the franchisee. The fixed cost would basically include the computers, printer, Modems, if required, All kinds of deposit such as deposit for premises, electricity, telephone, etc, furniture’s and fixtures including air-conditioners, television, etc any other fixed expenses incurred now or in future shall be borne by the franchisee

The trading software shall be provided by the Company. All updates and new versions in the software shall be provided by the Company

The routine expenses shall be borne by the franchise. The franchisee shall not claim any expenses towards conveyance.


Any cost incurred by the franchise for any purpose other than the business of the company shall not be reimbursed

The variable cost such as STT, CTT, Service Tax, Stamp Duty and Exchange Turnover Charges of turnover shall be add in the brokerage (to Client). And Balance of the brokerages shall be passed to the franchise.

The franchise shall not market any of the aforesaid products in their names. All the activities shall be carried out under the name and banner of Anagram only. In case the franchise is found indulging in any such activity in their names or in a name other than Anagram Stock broking Ltd/ Anagram Capital Ltd/Anagram Comtrade Ltd, or is found associated, directly or indirectly, with any third party/ broker/ sub-broker for any of the aforesaid products, the Company shall have a right to terminate the relationship with immediate effect. Further the franchise shall have to bear a financial penalty, which shall be equal to the total income earned by the franchise from this joint venture.

Reimbursement (Subject to SEBI registration )of the Brokerage/ Commission share for the month shall be paid till 10th of next month
