BAB I

PERMASALAHAN

1. Buatlah plot fungsi survival, densitas dan hazard untuk distribusi Gamma dan distribusi

Log-normal.

2. Perhatikan kembali data lama kambuh pasien leukemia pada Modul 1. Jika diasumsikan

lama kambuh berdistribusi eksponensial dengan fungsi hazard untuk AG positive adalah

0,016 dan untuk AG negative adalah 0,056, buatlah sket grafik fungsi survival untuk AG

positive maupun AG negative pada satu gambar dalam skala yang sama kemudian

interpretasikan hasilnya.

3. Pada file col.xlsx diketahui data lama hidup pasien yang menderita colon cancer, dimana:

Time : lama hidup pasien colon cancer (hari)

Status : indikator mendapatkan event (1 = meninggal, 0 = tersensor)

Sex : jenis kelamin (1 = laki - laki, 0 = perempuan)

a. Hitunglah estimasi fungsi survival untuk pasien laki – laki dan pasien perempuan

menggunakan estimasi Kaplan-Meier!

b. Berdasarkan (a), bandingkan antara pasien laki – laki dan perempuan, manakah yang

dapat bertahan hidup lebih lama? (hint: lakukan secara deskriptif dengan melihat nilai

– nilai S(t) maupun dengan grafik!)

4. Menggunakan data pada nomer 3 untuk pasien perempuan, hitunglah estimasi fungsi

hazard dan survival menggunakan estimator Nelson Aalen, kemudian bandingkan dengan

hasil pada nomor 3 (dengan menggunakan estimasi Kaplan Meier). Apakah kedua

estimasi ini menghasilkan nilai – nilai yang berbeda jauh? Estimasi apakah yang

memberikan kesimpulan bahwa pasien dapat bertahan hidup lebih lama?

jauh dengan nilai yang ditunjukkan oleh estimasi fungsi survival Kaplan-Meier.

Dari kedua tabel estimasi fungsi survival ketahanan hidup dengan metode Kaplan-Meier

dan Nelson-Aalen, terlihat metode Kaplan-Meier menunjukkan nilai ketahanan hidup

yang lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan estimasi fungsi survival Nelson-Aalen. Jadi
