Testing & Analytical Equipments for Wet Processing Industries:Analytical Services Laboratory is equipped with both traditional equipment & modern instrumentation. Thereare 3 main functions within laboratory:1) Technical Service: Analytical Services Laboratory uses both traditional & advanced analytical

techniques to help textile wet processing industry troubleshoot special problems. Range of samplesvaries from cotton fiber to finished garments.2) Research Support: Results from standard analytical & textile chemical tests provide researchers withbasic information before a project begins & help to define final results. Advanced instrumentaltechniques are also used to gauge outcome of a project.3) Methods Development: For support of both research & production efforts, new analytical methods areoften required to provide required information. Existing analytical methods may be modified orentirely new methods may be developed to meet these needs.

StaffsLab should be staffed with chemists & technicians with experience in both analytical techniques & supportservices to textile industry.

Services to be done:In addition to 03 main functions given above, services below should be available on a routine basis:Test Methods
