CONTRARY TO POPULAR BELIEF

We performed usability testing with 20 different participants

belonging to various age and social groups.

The questionnaire had the following queries:

1) What is the look and feel of the website?

2) Were they willing to sign up for their services?

3) Also, they were shown different marketing materials and asked to choose the ones belonging to Analytix Box.

06.1 Created A Style Guide

Takes on Challenge #1:

Improve product awareness by creating a brand

We had to define a brand that makes Analytix Box a success. We started

out by creating the right branding features from scratch. To make a web-

site brand-able, the right choice of color scheme, typography, logo place-

ment and usage, etc. matters. But, to create a viable brand, these ele-

ments should go into each and every marketing material created.

When a user lands on the website, we have less than a few seconds to im-

press them - So, these branding elements play an important part in the

marketing funnel.

Since there is no place for inconsistency when creating a successful

brand, we created a style guide by documenting everything in a single

sheet. This helps them to easily identify what colors are to be used along

with the font style and size.

06.2 Improve Content Visibility

Takes on Challenge #2:

Providing the right UX

This is the toughest part of the marketing funnel, as the user comes into the

website through various sources. It’s hard to judge who they are and how

they will react to the website.

Imagine a scenario where you have a walk-in customer to your physical Imagine a scenario where you have a walk-in customer to your physical

store and they leave without buying a thing. There is no way you can force

users to buy - But you can set the perfect ambience to assist in the pro-

cess. It’s the same case with your website, it needs to create the perfect

ambience to make users stick around and try out the product.

This makes content placement an important aspect in a website’s success.

We created a webpage layout to highlight the product’s main features,

along with different sections to talk about the various aspects of the prod-

uct. The information is segmented and laid out for easy discovery. Users

have the necessary information arranged in a chronicle manner to ana-

lyze and digest facts. They can find information about who you are, read

testimonials about how well the product works and make an informed de

cision about whether they want to use it or not.

06.3 Then, Go For The Kill

Takes on Challenge #3:

Get users to sign up

Analytix Box’s major goal is to convince users to sign up. The strategic lo-

cation of the CTA button plays an important role in achieving this particu-

lar goal.

For a website talking about products, it’s essential to let users learn about

the product completely before asking them to sign up. It’s also necessary

to have a separate section that doesn’t distract users from the main sub-

ject, that is whether to click on the CTA button or not.

A clean layout has all the elements of a product web-

site. We created a vibrant UX to make an easy transi-

tion from the prospective visitors to loyal user. This dras-

tically decreased the bounce rate, resulting in a higher

conversion rate. The customer continues to

work with us to this day.
