AUTOMATION JUMPSTART PROGRAM

The 5-week program involves our automation experts working in concert with your project leads and

architects and identify the “automation opportunities” which will have the greatest ROI and save your

organization time and money while accelerating delivery. If our automation experts cannot find

automation opportunities within the first week – there is zero costs for the program.

Week 1. The program begins with an onsite DISCOVERY assessment of your organizational delivery

milestones and phased deliverables.

Following the discovery in week one, candidate CATs will be identified and prioritized based on ROI and

an AUTOMATION ROADMAP is created.

Week 2. Involves a collaborative session of DETEAILED REQUIREMENTS sessions where our teams

works closely with customer architects and leads to define ensure technology and design standards and

technology platforms are accurately captured to ensure success and “Guarantee ROI” and delivery

results.

Weeks 3 thru 5. AnalytiX DS automation experts get to work using CATfX, our integrated API’s and

take a 100% metadata driven approach to creating your automation CATs using our supported scripting

languages available in our SDK. Depending on the complexity of the CATs can take anywhere from a

couple minutes to 3weeks depending on the complexity involved. PRODUCTION ROLLOUT of the

automation CAT deployed on your environments along with a measure of ROI and customer

acceptance.

Training of Internal Teams. Upon customer acceptance of the CAT our automation experts will train

your integration teams to be self-sufficient and able to create their own automation CATs.
