Conclusions:

1. Temperature plays a fairly insignificant role.

2. In-season precipitation reduces diversions.

3. The quantity of natural flow available affects storage use.

4. Because of a senior priority, BRCC regularly receives its water.

5. Land use acreage and crop type really affects the amount of water diverted.
