Ancillary task shot list

Our Magazine

We want our magazine front cover to look as realistic as possible and will therefore be modelling our one on this -

The main pictureWe wanted to focus our front cover on the first girl in our trailer being mysteriously back and the obvious rivalry between the two girls. We will therefore use two close-ups of the girls faces with the first girl at the front and the ‘friend’ looking angry behind her.

Top Picture This picture will be quite small so we are going to use a close up picture of a face. We are then going to describe an article called ‘top makeup tips’.

Features 2 and 3Feature 2 (the top one) we are going to use a similar shot and story. We are going to do a love story therefore we will use a close-up shot of two people and use boarders and words to make the storyline obvious.

Feature 3 will be a mid-shot on somebody looking worried with a tag line about somebody being dead so the photo has to reflect this.

Features 4 and 5

To make room for our main shot we will put our feature 4 in a box similar to this one. We will also be doing a story line of a couple breaking up and therefore will need a mid-shot of two people looking sad.

Feature 5 is on the corner of the page and will therefore be in a ¾ circle like this one. We will be doing a long shot of a group of school children with the line about the series being back.

Our Billboard

Like our magazine we wanted our billboard to be as realistic as possible, we also wanted to focus on the first girl so we decided to model our billboard on this one -

Our main imageWe wanted our girl to look mysterious and will therefore be using a similar close-up shot to this.

Our background imageWe will be using an wide-shot of the

common room as our background image
