Ghana is the world's second largest cocoa producer behind Ivory Coast, and Africa's biggest gold miner after South Africa. It is one of the continent's fastest growing economies, and newest oil producer. The current administration has failed to promote this natural position. Living standards have dropped, taxes have been increased leaving disposable income.

Accra is in the grip of a serious housing crisis. Ghana’s economy has been one of the fastest-growing in the world in recent years, but growth has completely outstripped investment in infrastructure. Despite rising incomes, the housing market has been neglected and this has led to a yawning gap in middle-income properties. On the one hand, 90% of Ghana’s urban housing is informal, much of it in slums on the outskirts of cities; on the other hand, plush gated communities and mansion complexes have sprung up to cater for the new super-wealthy. Our alliance is open to work with partners who can add value to our operations. Chairman Wontumi is keen to work with investors and that incorporate new technologies. Proposals from suppliers that embrace composite materials that offer viable low-cost alternatives to concrete to reduce reliance and usage will be received favourably. There is a demand for housing at the luxury end of the market, however; there is a primacy to address the need for quality affordable housing. Chairman Wontumi will also offer integration for micro financing options that meet local needs for those that require it.

Chairman Wontumi will ensure that the home of Gold and cocoa Ghana has 539 km of Atlantic coast line. Of which has some of the most natural untapped beach front in west Africa There are many unique cultural and historic attractions including Lake Volta the world's largest artificial lake by surface area. Working with the ministry of tourism to reclaim our beach to aggressively market Ghana as one of the most unexpected holiday destination. When asked what the best thing about Ghana is and the most valued natural resource the country has to offer. We applied deep thought to the question, and the resounding answer is ‘the people of Ghana’. Few countries can truly claim that the people of their land are genuine and charming and have a naturally welcoming nature.

Ghana is embracing renewable green energy and seeks to capitalise on naturally blessed with sunlight. I have already partnered the building of the western Africa's largest solar park housing development project. Proposals for other renewables such as the potential for wind and bio fuels will also be considered. We are currently nurturing proposals for solar and bio-fuel projects the later we predict will make revolutionary changes to traditional agriculture and the way in which Ghanaians will consume energy in years to come.

As well as our interests in the aforementioned commercial sectors Chairman Wontumi has dedicated substantial time and energy into the humanitarian effort. Chairman Wontumi is pro development and believes that if big business is structured to included the people of Ghana then employment will be reduced. Chairman Wontumi has embraced a number of projects that meet this goal. Chairman Wontumi will support and endorse PPP proposals that span healthcare, aviation, water supply, waste management, large-scale infrastructure construction projects as well as mining & regeneration projects. Chairman Wontumi is also working with high profile international celebrities to develop some stand-alone humanitarian projects of which Ghanaians will be the beneficiaries.

Chairman Wontumi is pro education and will place priority on projects and initiatives that have the education of Ghanaians as one of their core values. Chairman Wontumi will endorse projects that clearly meet long-term academic goals as well as training, apprenticeships, placements and secondments. Chairman Wontumi believes in education and training development programs for Ghanaians of all ages and not just youth. Chairman Wontumi is currently also currently outlining a package that supports and promotes sporting excellence among youth. Ghana hosts some of the best young football talents in the world. Winning the under 20’s world cup in 2009 is testament of that fact. Chairman Wontumi will seek to export this talent to the world’s best league and at the same time aim to develop a strategy to strengthen the nation league and propel it to new heights.
