day 1 - usa - romedepart usa to rome airport (FCo).

day 2 - romeupon arrival, transfer to your hotel. time to unpack rest and explore rome.

day 3 - romemorning guided tour through the eternal City seeing the roman Forum, st. peter’s Basilica, Coliseum and the moses’ of michelangelo in st. peter’s in Chains. afternoon at leisure. see also piazza navona, the phanteon and piazza di spagna (BB)

day 4 - rome - bolsenaafter breakfast, we head north following the Consular road build at aurelio’s time on the tyrrhenian coast passing Civitavecchia and reaching the etruscan town of tarquinia. a guided visit to the necropolis will give the idea of the past glory of this town. time to visit the town’s principal palaces such as palazzo Vitelleschi and st. mary of the Citadel church in romanesque style. stop in tuscania to visit the roman Byzantine Church. we then reach the shore of Lake Bolsena and our country house. after check in, meet with the owner for a wel-come drink and dinner overlooking the lake at sunset. day 5 - bolsena - viterbo - bolsenaday to explore and visit the tuscia district. First a stop to Bagnaia crowned by the Villa Lante, the country house of several popes and also a great example of renaissance gardening style. Visit at Bagnaia where prince Charles did his architectural school. then to the pope’s city of Viterbo, still en-circled by its walls that has kept a medieval

air which is accentuated by the number of its artisans. stop in Bomarzo monster’s park, built by Vicinio orsini and is consid-ered the first cultural disneyland. time at leisure. return to Bolsena for a cruise over the largest lake in italy of volcanic origin, seeing Bisentina island, once summer res-idence of the popes and the crown territory of this crater. return to the country house for dinner. day 6 - cività - todi - orvietobolsenamorning drive to Cività Bagnoregio, a spec-tacular and unique citadel located over a volcanic ridge corroded through the cen-turies by natural events and united to the world by a long narrow bridge. then af-ter crossing the tiber river and entering umbria, we reach todi. a little old town on a pretty site overlooking a valley that has preserved some remarkable buildings. amongst them, you’ll see also three sets of walls: etruscan, roman and medieval. Later we reach and visit orvieto, not only famous for its white wines but also of its predominant position over the tiber Valley. we see the Cathedral completed in the 14th century where thirty-three architects, 152 sculptures, 68 painters and 90 artists took part of the creation of this imposing mas-terpiece. Visit also the old Quarter. return to Bolsena for dinner. (BB d)

day 7 - bolsena -siena - florencethis morning, we drive through a beauti-ful landscape to san Quirico d’orcia. we visit this charming village and its geomet-ric garden created around 1580. then to siena, important medieval town, known for its horse race “il palio” and its cookies. Later we will drive along the Chianti road

to Florence, capital of renaissance art. a walking guided tour will show you the Cathedral and Baptistery with its famous Golden doors, the medieval quarter and signoria square. we visit the academy of Fine arts seeing michelangelo’s david and other masterpieces. time free for shop-ping. day 2 sunday - monreale - palermo & Cefalùour first stop will be monreale to see the famous duomo. then on to palermo to visit the palatine Chapel and we con-tinue by seeing: piazza pretoria and Via maqueda. this afternoon, we depart for Cefalù, a charming coastal town. here we visit the city center and stroll down main street to reach the Cathedral. Later, we re-turn to palermo. (BB)

day 3 monday - marsala wine - olive oil - ericetoday, we visit marsala which is a seaport city on the westernmost point of the is-land. it is best known for marsala wine. we visit a local winery’s cellar for a wine tasting. after, we travel on the salt way road and tour the historic saltpan works, where the ancient tradition of harvesting salt from the sea is still practiced. we enjoy a light lunch at an olive oil farmhouse and factory. we continue to erice visit home-made pastry shops world-famous for mar-zipan candies and other delicacies. return to palermo. day 4 tuesday - agrigento & piazza armerinatoday, we drive through the interior of sicily to reach agrigento. here we visit the fin-est of all ancient Greek sites; the complete doric temples. Later, we continue to piazza armerina. on arrival, we enjoy a light lunch at a country restaurant. this afternoon, we view the ruins of the roman Villa of Casale. the mosaics discovered here are celebrated among scholars of antiquity. then, we con-tinue to taormina, the resort town of sicily. tonight, enjoy dinner on your own at one of the many restaurants in taormina. day 5 wednesday - syracusetoday, we depart for syracuse, founded by colonists from Cornith in 735 B.C. and once the most important competitor to athens. on arrival stroll through the streets of ortygia island, the heart of the city center. Reservations and Payment: A deposit of $400 is required at the time of reservation for Escorted Tours. 30% of the tour is required at the time of reservation for Flexible Independent Travel (FIT). At that moment, a signed contract is required to hold your reser-vation. Final payment of the tour is due 60 days prior to departure. If a payment is made within 21 days prior to departure, a charge for express mailing of the documents will be added to the tour cost, now in the $30 range. An-diamo accepts payment in the form of check, American Express, Discover, Visa and Master Card. Upon payment of a deposit, tour participant indicates acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

Prices: and ChangesPrices are USD based on exchange rates at the time this quote was prepared The tour price includes planning, han-dling and operational charges. Rates are quoted in US Dol-lars on the current rate of exchange. Andiamo reserves the right to increase tour prices to cover increased costs, tariffs and taxes, and to reflect fluctuations in foreign ex-change markets. Devaluation of a foreign currency will be weighed against any tariff increases imposed. Andiamo is under no obligation to give breakdown costs involved in any Escorted or FIT program.

In case of printing typographical error, computer error, or human billing error, we reserve the right to invoice or re-invoice participants with corrected billing.

Once an itinerary is finalized and deposit has been re-ceived, a $50 revision fee will be charged if the itinerary is changed.

Travel Documents: United States Citizens require a valid passport. Non-citi-zens may have other requirements, the responsibility for which rests solely with the traveler.

Holidays and Changes: Andiamo Team, Inc. will make every effort to avoid a change in itinerary, however, during local or national holi-days in Italy, certain facilities such as museums, sightsee-ing Tours, and shopping may be limited. Therefore, we reserve the right, at our discretion, to alter and substitute the itinerary, hotels, sightseeing, banquet locations, or other accommodations.

Single and Triple Rooms: Limited numbers of single rooms are available at the supplemental rate for each Escorted Tour. While single rooms provide privacy, they are often smaller than twin bedrooms. Triple rooms are available on some Tours.

Baggage: Each Tour member is limited to one checked suitcase. Ad-ditional baggage will be assessed at Euro 15 per bag and may require a larger vehicle at additional cost. Andiamo Team cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged lug-gage, travel insurance is highly recommended. All bag-gage and personal effects are at all times and in all cir-cumstances at passenger risk. If a lost item is returned to the Andiamo office a minimum charge of $50 USD will be charged.Air & Land Packages: These packages are based on non-refundable airfares. If flight changes requested after the deposit has been re-ceived, or if flights are cancelled after tickets are issued, change fees or airline penalties will be applicable.

Escorted Tour & Flexible Independent Travel (FIT) Cancellation Policy:Andiamo Team, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any Escorted Tour departure in accordance with

operating requirements or circumstances beyond its con-trol. If cancellation is made anytime prior to departure of the tour Andiamo Team, Inc. only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the Tour booking.

• Booking Fee for Cancelled Services is $250 per person• 4 days prior arrival 100% payment• 15/5 days prior arrival 75% payment• 24/15 days prior arrival 50% payment• 29/25 days & more prior arrival $250 per person• No refund for no show or trip interruption• In some cases, specific cancellation fees will be applied.• Hotels may be substituted with similar category.• Any travel issue that might result in a request for a refund should be immediately brought to the attention of Andiamo so that we can be given the opportunity to address the issue.

Car Rental Cancellation Policy:• Manual car 7 days in advance $50 penalty.• Automatic and or van 7 days in advance $150 penalty

Refunds & PenaltiesIllness or absenteeism: in the advent of your withdrawal from a Tour after commencement for reason of illness, you must obtain a medical certificate of an insurance claim. We regret that no refunds can be made for absenc-es from a Tour, including but not limited to, missed meals or sightseeing. Andiamo Team, Inc. makes no representa-tion or guarantees concerning reimbursements of funds paid by you under any insurance claim.

Right to Exclude: Andiamo Team, Inc. reserves the right, at our discretion, to decline to accept or to require any individual to with-draw from the Tour. Children under six years of age are ineligible for Escorted Tours. An adult must accompany children under eighteen years of age

Disabilities:Any disability requiring special attention should be report-ed to Andiamo Team, Inc. at the time the reservation is made. Andiamo Team, Inc. will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the special needs of disabled tour par-ticipants, but it is not responsible in the event it is unable to do so, nor is it responsible for any denial of services by carriers, hotels, restaurants, or other independent sup-pliers. We regret that we cannot provide individual assis-tance to a tour member for walking, dining, getting on and off motor coaches and other transportation vehicles, or other personal needs. A qualified companion must ac-company travelers who need such assistance. Andiamo Team, Inc. reserves the right to refuse to carry anyone it is felt cannot cope with the requirements of coach Tour travel and who may require services and facilities that Andiamo Team, Inc. cannot guarantee will be available on Tour. Passenger certifies not to have any mental, physical or other condition or disability that would create a hazard for himself/herself or other passengers.

Responsibility:Andiamo Team, Inc. it’s and their employees, directors, agents does not own or operate any entity which is to or does provide goods or services for your trip including lodging facilities, airlines, motor coach or other transpor-tation companies, guide services, local ground operators, organizers of optional excursions, food service providers. All such persons are independent contractors. Andiamo Team, Inc. is not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any such person or any third party. Tour members are subject to the Terms and Conditions set forth on their airline, rail or cruise line tickets. Such condi-tions are available upon request. In addition and without limitation, Andiamo Team, Inc. is not responsible for any injury, loss, death, inconvenience, delay or damage to

person or property in connection with the provision of any goods or services whether resulting from, but not limited to, acts of God or force majeure, illness, disease, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, animals, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activi-ties of any kind, overbooking or downgrading of accom-modations, mechanical or other failure or airplanes or other means of transportation, or for any failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart on time. This brochure represents the entire agreement between the passenger and the abovementioned operators.

If due to weather, flight schedules or other uncontrollable factors you are required to spend an additional night(s), you will be responsible for your own hotel expenses, transfers and all meal costs.

Andiamo Team, Inc. reserves the right to change the itin-erary or trip features at any time and for any reason, with or without notice and/or to substitute, airlines, hotels of similar category for those listed in this brochure and An-diamo Team, Inc. shall not be liable for any such changes.

Sometimes a Tour departure may be cancelled for lack of participation. In such a case, the operators’ sole respon-sibility is to provide a refund without any other liability whatsoever. Andiamo Team, Inc. is not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancel-lations. Operator further will have no responsibility for any conjunction tickers, non-refundable or otherwise.

Travel Protection Plan: We recommend that you purchase Travel Protection which is available from Andiamo Team, Inc. or your travel agent directly.

Notices: Any notice required under this agreement shall be in writ-ing and may be delivered in person or by certified mail. If sent by certified mail, the notice should be sent to Andia-mo Team, Inc., 614 Delafield Avenue, Staten Island, New York 10310, business address.

Entire Agreement: This agreement may not be changed except in writing signed by both parties.

Waivers: The failure of either party hereto to enforce at any time any of the provisions or terms of this agreement shall not be construed to be a waiver of such provisions or terms, nor of the right of any party thereafter to enforce such term or provision.

Severability: Should any part of this Agreement be declared invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of any remaining portion which remaining portion shall remain in force and effect as if this agreement has been executed with the invalid portions eliminated, and it is hereby declared the intention of the parties that they would have executed the remaining portion of this agreement without includ-ing any such part, which may for some reason hereafter be declared invalid.

Governing Laws: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in ac-cordance with the laws of the State of New York and the venue for any action will be Richmond County, New York.
